Shipping & returns

As a small business, we need to charge a small, flat shipping fee to cover postage. Your items will arrive in 2-8 business days after shipping from our facility, depending on where you live. We appreciate your patience—buying direct from us supports our authors and keeps us afloat so we can produce more amazing projects.

Our goal is to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, let us know and we'll arrange a replacement.
If you want to return an item that is still in new condition, you can do so by carefully packing it in the original shipping box along with any packing materials to keep it snug. You are responsible for return postage. Once we receive it we'll issue a refund for the original purchase price, minus shipping. Frankly, it makes more sense to just keep it or give it as a gift, but that's up to you.
